Election Information

2015 Elections

The next General Election will be Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015. On the ballot will be:

  • Virginia Senate
  • Virginia House of Delegates
  • County Constitutional offices
  • County Board (two seats)
  • School Board

There will be a Democratic primary for the two County Board seats and the 45th District of the House of Delegates on Tuesday, June 9.

Register to Vote

You can register to vote online or download the Virginia Voter Registration Application. The deadline to register to be eligible to vote for the  June 9 primary is May 18, and the deadline for the Nov. 3 election is Tuesday, Oct. 13.

If you'll be away from Arlington on Election Day or unable to go to the polls, you can vote an absentee ballot.


Where to Vote

On Election Day, all Arlington polling places are open from 6 am to 7 pm.
